Decalwolf Limited Warranty Policy

At Decalwolf, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and the durability of our materials. We want your vehicle to look sharp for years to come. To ensure the longevity of your graphics and to protect your investment, please review our warranty terms below.

1. Warranty Coverage

Decalwolf provides a two (2) year limited warranty from the date of installation. This warranty covers:

  • Material Failure: Excessive fading, peeling, or cracking not caused by outside trauma.

  • Installation Errors: Lifting or bubbling caused by improper application.

2. Mandatory Maintenance Requirements

To keep your warranty valid, regular maintenance is required. Vinyl is a specialized material that requires specific care:

  • Monthly Cleaning: You are required to wash the vinyl graphics at least once every thirty (30) days.

  • Approved Cleaning Agents: You must use vinyl-safe, pH-neutral soap. Use of harsh chemicals, abrasive scrubs, or high-pressure power washers (closer than 12 inches) will immediately void this warranty.

Note: We recommend keeping a basic log or receipts of your cleaning supplies to verify proper maintenance in the event of a claim.

3. Exclusions & Limitations

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Self-Inflicted Damage: We reserve the right to deny any warranty claim if we determine, at our sole discretion, that the vinyl has been manually peeled, picked at, or tampered with by the customer.

  • Neglect: Failure to wash the vehicle as specified in Section 2.

  • Environmental Factors: Damage from road debris, stone chips, bird droppings, tree sap, or industrial fallout.

  • Pre-existing Conditions: Issues arising from poor paint quality or rust on the underlying surface.

4. Right of Refusal

Decalwolf reserves the exclusive right to deny warranty claims if our inspection suggests that the graphics were not maintained according to our guidelines or if the failure is due to physical abuse rather than a defect in material or installation.

5. How to File a Claim

If you believe you have a valid warranty issue:

  2. Provide clear, high-resolution photos of the area in question.

  3. Bring the vehicle to our shop for a physical inspection.

Legal Disclaimer: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Decalwolf is not liable for loss of use of the vehicle or any incidental or consequential damages.
